Medical Assistant - Shaping the Future

Medical assistants represent the largest occupational group in outpatient care. They act as the interface between doctors, patients, and families, and perform important care-related tasks, particularly in general practitioners' offices. That is why many of our projects are specifically designed for medical assistants.

Our projects aim to strengthen the skills of medical assistants, improve their job satisfaction, and relieve the burden on family doctors through delegation approaches. In addition, MFAs are crucially important for the success of our research projects in general practitioners' offices.

That is why we are always looking for MFAs to support us during the various project phases:  from developing a project idea to testing prototypes and implementing projects in practice.

At the MFA Academy, we offer you modern training courses.

MFAs can also find further offers via the North Rhine Medical Association.
